A. Cancellation policy<\/h2>\n


\nRight of withdrawal
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.<\/p>\n

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you,
\nwho is not the carrier has or has taken possession of the last goods.<\/p>\n

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (ETAPLEX GmbH, H\u00f6herweg 245, 40231 D\u00fcsseldorf, Germany,
\nTel.: 0211 972640 70, Fax: 0211 972640 71, Email: info@etaplex.de) by means of a clear declaration
\n(e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) about your decision to revoke this contract,
\ninform. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.<\/p>\n

In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you provide notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation
\nsend before the cancellation period expires.<\/p>\n


\nConsequences of revocation
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you cancel this contract, we will have to pay you all payments received from you, including delivery costs
\n(except for the additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than that offered by us,
\nhave chosen the cheapest standard delivery), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day,
\non which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.<\/p>\n

For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction,
\nunless something else has been expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.
\nWe can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that
\nthat you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.<\/p>\n

You have the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day
\non which you inform us of your revocation of this contract, to be returned or handed over to us.
\nThe deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.<\/p>\n

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.<\/p>\n

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to you
\nThe handling of the goods is not necessary to examine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.<\/p>\n


\nExclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded
\nand whose sole place of residence and delivery address is outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.<\/p>\n


\nGeneral information
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please send the goods in the original packaging with all accessories
\nand returned to us with all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you don't have the original packaging
\nIf you own more, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.<\/p>\n

2) Please do not send the goods back to us carriage paid.<\/p>\n

3) Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n
