Oktaplex Mia motion detector – reliable motion detection for indoor and outdoor areas

The Oktaplex Mia motion detector is the ideal solution to increase your security indoors and outdoors. With a 360° swivel sensor, a range of up to 10 meters and an IP65 protection class, this motion sensor offers a wide range of uses. Perfect for mounting on walls and ceilings, it ensures precise detection and long-term reliability.

Optimal motion detection and adaptability

With a detection range of up to 10 meters, the Oktaplex Mia motion detector reliably detects movements in its surroundings. Thanks to the 360° sensor, the motion detector can be individually aligned to ensure maximum coverage. The 135° swivel range allows for flexible positioning, whether on the ceiling or on the wall.

Adjustable functions for individual needs

The Oktaplex Mia motion detector offers numerous customization options to meet your specific needs. The sensitivity of the sensor can be fine-tuned using a Sens control to minimize unwanted triggering. The twilight threshold is continuously adjustable from 0.1 to 2000 lux, so that the sensor is only activated when the desired lighting conditions are reached. You can also adjust the switching time between 10 seconds and 15 minutes.

Practical permanent on function and high resilience

For situations where permanent light is required, the motion detector has an optional permanent on function that can be controlled via an external light switch. This feature allows the light to be left on continuously for up to 8 hours without the motion detector remaining active. The sensor is designed to operate LED lights and energy-saving lamps up to a maximum of 600 W as well as incandescent lamps up to 1200 W, which makes it extremely flexible in use.

Easy installation and robust construction

Installing the Oktaplex Mia motion detector is simple and straightforward. It comes with all the necessary mounting material and can be installed directly from the wall or surface-mounted. Thanks to the IP65 protection class, the motion detector is optimally protected from dust and water jets and is therefore ideal for outdoor use.

Scope of delivery

In addition to the sensor itself, the Oktaplex Mia motion detector's scope of delivery also includes all the necessary assembly materials. The robust construction and high flexibility of use make it an excellent choice for lighting security around your home.
