The Oktaplex Amy presence detector uses modern ones 24GHz high frequency technologyto reliably detect the finest movements through lampshades, glass or thin walls. This makes it the ideal solution for invisible retrofitting hallways, Staircases or Garageswhere conventional motion detectors often reach their limits.

Compact design for invisible installation

With dimensions of just 93x45x25mm The Amy detector is optimized for direct integration into lamp housings or false ceilings. The white housing Can also be easily hidden in junction boxes. Installation is particularly convenient and safe thanks to the integrated quick-connector clamps.

Integrated light sensor for maximum energy efficiency

For optimal illumination, the detector can be set so that it only switches when necessary. The Daylight sensor (twilight switch) effectively saves energy. Important for hidden installation: Make sure that the sensor for measuring brightness is not completely shaded so that the lux detection can work correctly.

Versatile detection with finely adjustable range

When mounted on the ceiling, the detector monitors an area of 360° (up to 8m diameter) and for wall mounting 180° (up to 6m). In order to avoid incorrect switching indoors due to adjacent rooms, the sensitivity can be set via the SENS controller be individually adapted to the spatial conditions.

Easy to assemble – ready to use straight away

The connection is classically done via a 3-wire installation L, N and L’ for the switched phase to the lamp. Thanks to the quick connector terminals, the wiring is quick and error-free.

The combination of radar technology and light sensor saves energy because the light only lights up when someone is actually present. Make sure it is mounted firmly and vibration-free to make optimal use of the sensitive 24GHz technology.
